I picked up this Incipio case today and I've noticed as I'm walking around with it closed the ipad screen keeps turning on and off.
Is this happening to anyone else or is the case faulty?

Do you mean it goes to sleep when you close the case? I'd imagine it should do, it does for mine and the Apple covers

Yes it goes to sleep but it's constantly waking up and going to sleep with the case closed.

Ah, ok. Maybe you need to hit the sleep button on the top first. Check the specs of the case on their site, I didn't see anything there myself, to see if it should put it to sleep.

It's supposed to put it to sleep but it's just not keeping it there.

Sounds like it's faulty, have you tried any other cases with it? Maybe you know someone with the Smart Cover you could try? Hopefully it is the case and not the iPad. I'd try get a replacement if I were you.
