I live in Cork & got my house insulated, attic/walls & once the BER cert was completed i sent in the Cert to SEI for payment. While i waiting for payment i accepted a job offer in London

During this time the forms came back back as there was one box not ticked by the BER accessor, the problem is I was give one month to have this returned but because i was working away it was two months before this was returned.

After 4 weeks i got a letter to say my Grant had been withdrawn I will not be receiving payment!

The fact i have to find work here & now this had led to this is not justified, has anyone had this or a silimer problem in getting paid?

Thanks in advance for your help

My solar installer filled in the wrong version of the form - the only difference was that SEI was changed to SEAI on the heading and by the time he got around to filling out the correct one ("Why should I? I already filled out the form") the grant had run out.

    Did you appeal this?

    What was the outcome?

It's still ongoing. Not looking good, though.
