Username for windows mail

    Hi All

    Sorry if this has been asked before - I have a windows mail account attached to my website. I have been using this without problem for @ 18 months however this eve when I went to check my email I got a pop up telling me to verify the username and password are correct for my server?

    I have input all the combinations that I think it may be but tbh I do not remember setting a username and password not to mention what they are!

    Is there anyway to set new ones or bypass this pop up? I have sent a test mail to my inbox to see if I can at least view what new mail is in there but as I suspected nothing is showing until I verify.

    I would be so greatful for any advice as I am really stuck here!

    The username and password were saved in your Windows Mail but you just never see them if all goes well. What I'd suspect has happened is that your e-mail server is refusing connection, it may be an account issue. Contact your website host and they might be able to shed some light on it.
