    Hi there,

I have a landline in our rented property, but the number the landlord gave me directs to someone else :o! When trying to set up broadband, you guys confirmed my number was indeed at this address, but it would seem it isn't!

I remember there is number you can dial which will provide you with your landline nr, but I can't remember what it is??

Hopefully you guys can tell me!

    Thanks

    Hi sNarah,

Thanks for post and apologies for delay.

If your phoneline isn't currently active, just call into eircom Customer Care on 1901 (freefone) and they can locate the phone number or re-initiate the phoneline.

If you give them a call and if you've any problems let me know.

    All the best,
    Ant
