Air to Water Heat Pumps (again)

I will be running the UFH with an air-to-water heat pump ( being installed this week ), and i have spoke to some people which have had them installed and they were very happy with them over the recent cold snap and winter. I have done my research and spoke to existing customers of the model i am getting. And from my limited knowledge on the technical side i feel it is the ideal system to use to run underfloor heating, in that why heat water to 60-70 degrees with a boiler to cool it again before it goes into the underfloor, when the heat pump will only heat it to the temperature needed. Also i personally love the comfort of underfloor heating over a radiator anyday. I have also installed an air-tightness membrane system, and have put in a MHRV system as well.

I'm in chats with suppliers of air to water but i have expensive quotes. Is your system expensive? Can i ask you please who your supplier is.

Don't base yourchoice on that statement , as its untrue , the products that you choose are only as good as the control system telling them how to operate , it very important that there set up right . They can not think for them selfs .

hi everyone sorry i haven't been on here in a while....

Thanks very much for all your pm's

I actually quoted the first part of my forum mail but it looks like i wrote it - so sorry about that. :o

Basically i am wondering about the expensive prices i have been quoted for UFH and this system. I have never been in a house with UFH but the ideas of it sounds great. Alot of people say rads with UFH isn't good on the pocket but i'm worried about the ESB price of this system also.
I really would love to hear from people who have this sysyem and can confirm it's worth it. or even people who changed their mind about it... and also PM me please if you want to refer a supplier.
