Driving in slow/heavy traffic

    Best tips for this situation?

I know I'm putting my foot on the clutch too much.

At the moment if I see traffic stopped up ahead, I brake, brake, clutch down to 2nd and then clutch brake stop neutral, but I know I hover over the clutch too much at this point. I think it's an anticipation thing, like I need to get on the go again if the traffic moves off.

I basically just don't know how to properly move along gently with the rest of the traffic in a heavy, stop/start situation. I seem to stop completely, handbrake and it's a whole big deal moving off again, when everyone else is just tipping along gently!

    Thanks
