    tried downloading the free trial of this several times last week.
    everything works fine until it installs all the actions etc , just about gets to the end of the loading bar and then an error comes up saying it was interrupted before the install could complete and then it rolls back.

    if i buy the full version of this will it do the same thing? is it my laptop? its a sony vaio, windows 7.....

    I would think that you should try and fully uninstall the product if you can and then run CCleaner to clear the registry.

    Then try to install again

    uninstalled it and tried again and same thing kept happening. googled the problem, a few people had same problems and advice was to uninstall the anti virus thats on the laptop, download the free trial and then install the anti virus again but that didnt work either :(

    i dont mind buying it as it will be used, but i dont want to buy it only to find the same thing happens again. im not very good with the whole technical side of things on computers, but husband is and he couldnt get it to download either.
