Thanks again for everything Jude, if there is any way I can help promote Fitzpatrick's just let me know too.

We were happy enough with the 39 players, the match probably cost us a few players but it still all helps us get the word out to players about the IPO and Super.

    Cheers,
    Stephen.

With 39 players for event 2 of the Super Poker Tour, in Limerick, we are continuing with our publicity drive for the Boylepoker.com IPO 2011 (October, register now on Boylepoker.com) and the Super Poker Event of Europe 2012 (http://www.superpokerevent.com) .... The results were as follows ....

After ten solid hours of play Fergal Keane was a very worthy winner. After arriving with a few friends from his regular house game Fergal showed just how high a standard his friends play at.

Limerick players are always great craic so there was a fantastic atmosphere all day. Denis Brosnahan knocked out the bounty player Jude Purcell (poker manager of Fitzpatrick’s Casino, Limerick) and he also won the last longest prize (both prizes were worth €115 (added to the prize-pool). Denis and partner Janet Garvey plan to use their €115 credits towards their Super 2012 main event next February in the Citywest Hotel (http://www.superpokerevent.com for full details).

39 players at €100 per player made an overall prize-pool of €3,900.

The overall results were as follows:
    1st Fergal Keane - €1,400
    2nd Denis Brosnahan - €925
    3rd Stephen Ahearne - €650
    4th Haulie Ryan - €425
    5th Ian Crotty - €250
    6th Gareth Nagle - €150
    7th Mark Connolly - €100
    8th Liam O’Donohue
    9th Janet Garvey

It is worth noting that if a player makes three Super Poker Tour final tables they automatically receive their Super 2012 entry fee, in full (worth €340). The 9 players that have made the final table in Limerick certainly have a good head start on getting on a free-roll for the €1.2 million prize-pool next February 2012.
