New Smartphone - Bit of direction would be much appericated.

Hey Folks,

I'm currently looking to upgrade my phone. Currently have a HTC Legend which I really liked bar one of 2 minor enough things.

Now looking at the deail with 3 i.e. free phone with 24mth contact, so have a choice of phones.

I'm really looking for a good phone out of the box that doesn't require you to change too many things to have to working correctly.
However it must have a radio. (Something I use alot travelling to and from work on the train, out running etc so hence iphone is out, because don't want to have to stream and internet radio because train goes through some 'black spots').

Was looking at the Samsumg Galaxy S II - Looks like it's the best spec.
However from reading forum's here and else where seems people are having a lot of issues with Battery Life, WiFi signal etc.

What is the general feeling for the HTC Desire S??? Three don't seem to have the Sensation on offer yet..

Any advice would be much appericated.

I have yet to see any phone that people didnt complain about battery and connectivity etc

S2 is the best option if you are io to spending that much
