How long is a piece of string?!?

Window going up and down as it should? Regulator would be what I would think first. Is it an old car?

I had that...it was a piece of plastic trim between on the pillar between the front and rear doors which flapped when the wind got under it if i went over 80kph. I took it off and put fresh glue under it.

Has someone been working inside the door lately? If so, it could be broken clips or something like that.
Either way, its time to get inside the door.
