Tramore Beach gets Blue Flag

    Tramore Beach has been awarded a prestigious Blue Flag for the first time since 2001. The Blue Flag award is an international label granted on the basis of 32 criteria involving water quality, area management, safety, etc. I'm looking forward to seeing it flying on the promenade. The money invested in the sewage system has paid off. Now, roll on the summer and the visitors.
