pressure switch on water pump

hi guys im workin at a water pump that when the kitchen tap( cold from a well) is on the water is coming in spurts if ya know wat i mean its not a constant flow i changed the pressure switch but still the same . . . . any ideas

An expansion barrel might be missing in the istallation or be defect.
Contact a plumber.
