Wireless Remote Control Extenders

    Hope someone can help.
    The Powermid remote extender had been recommended on boards previously. I bought one form as US vendor on Ebay. The reason I bought from the US was Amazon wouldn't ship from the UK.

    It won't work for me. Is it possible that a US model is not compatible with Euro remotes?
    I'm using US-Irish adapters for the power supply. Would that have an impact?
    The transmitter blinked a few time initially but dosen't anymore.

    Any ideas appreciated.
