    Hello!
Can anyone suggest reasons why I am unable to comment on FB statuses etc?
It has been like this since yesterday and is getting annoying! I looked at their help centre page and it says to switch to google chrome, firefox etc but i already have Chrome...so I'm out of ideas :( Any help appreciated! thank you
and it's showing this in the heading bar: http://www.facebook.com/ajax/ufi/modify.php, with a blank page??

Have you tried using a different browser? If it works fine in Explorer, Safari or Firefox then you know it's related to Chrome.

There does seem to be some issues with Facebook and Google Chrome. Have a read of this support thread.

    Cheers, i'll try that.
I went to download Firefox and it said it may harm my computer, should I go ahead?

It won't, its a generic warning that you'll get whenever you try to download a program.

Just make sure you are downloading from the genuine Firefox site - http://www.mozilla.com

Another possibility - try clearing your browsers cache (in chrome Tools->options->under the hood->clear browsing data). Take note of what you are clearing - they are self explanatory (for example if you remember passwords you can choose to clear or leave them and so forth).

Presume your Anti Virus / Internet Security is up to date, not disabled, etc.,
