Thanks for your time and I'll try to keep this as breif as possible.

I few mths ago I got a call from a broadband provider offering me a better deal than my current provider.
I explained that I was interested but I was only half way through my contract with my currwnt provider,
I was told there would be no cancelation fee or combeack from my old provider if I took up this offer which I did.
Six wks later I get a bill for breaking my contract with my old provider for over 300euro.
I contacted my new provider who addmitted they miss sold me my package (I still have the e-mail) and offerd to cancel my contract so I could return to my old service. It was to late to do this as my old contract had been long canceled and I let them know this but they have not replyed to any of my e-mails since.

I was just wondering what options if any are open to me now.

    Thank you for you time.

Small Claims Court comes to mind.

This one is pretty much a no-brainer. They should compensate you for the cost incurred with your old provider. Or else you will be going to the Small Claims Court.
