Medical card form

    Hey all,

    Just wondering i have my medical card form signed by the doctor now, do i just post the form into my community welfare officer (thats where they do it in galway anyway :confused: ) or do i have to go in and hand it in?

    What does the form say?

    the form doesnt actually say anything about sending it back!

    it goes into the community welfare officer in galway, now idea why they do it differently. im just wondering do i have to drop it in or can i post it in? i dont want to wait in there for a couple of hours if i can post it
