Hi all,

I need to get together all of the following documents, as i may have to take legal action against the developer we purchased an apartment from 3 years ago.

Who do i contact to get copies of this documentation?

Booklet of title (Title deeds) - From the Financial institution providing our mortgage loan?
Building Agreement - ?
Deed of Assurance - ?
Particulars of Sale - ?
Lease of Easements - ?

Our file with all this info has been lost or mislaid and we need to get new copies of the above. having problems contacting the solicitor originally used to do the conveyancing.

I would be grateful for any assistance, thanks in advance,
