Strange looking artifacts in Youtube videos...

Any idea what is causing this? Adobe flash is up to date.... Edit: Ok that's very strange, it doesn't show up on the screen grab. Basically it looked like a lot of white lines, as if somebody went over the video with an etch a sketch.

Its going to be pretty hard to tell whats a JPEG artifact and whats a video artifact, especially at that low screen size. Can you try to get us a full size image in a lossless image format?

As I said, the artefacts don't show up in the screen captures. I can only describe them. They're are angular white lines and dots....
