It's not so much restricted as it is non-existent. What you were using was a redirect to the Gentlemens Club.

Just to say that we're sorry for any confusion about this - We had no idea that so many people were using the redirect. We've removed the link because we were worried that it was misleading. The Gentlemens' Club is still very much there, under soc.
