A handicap quickie

    Hey guys I have a quick question for you.

    If my handicap is 13.1 and i shoot 38pts. The standard scratch is 33pts. How many .2's and .3's do I get cut.

    What dictates when .3's changes to .2's?

    Any help would be great.

    I'd think you'd be cut to 11.8

    3 x .3
    2 x .2

    It would change to .2's when you get to 12 handicap
