    How much are these now, with either a 50w bulb, or the LED equivelant.

    around a tenner i'd say with led bulb

    i fit a lot of gu10 led but i don't supply bulbs if possible

    I have not put in LED ones since they were first out. What are they like now?

    You will need a good few more fittings as appose to 50 watt gu10s, i use 11watt cfl mostly i prefer the light output.
