iPhone deleted every text :(

    Sorry if this has been posted before, but I can't find information directly related to the problem.

    Basically, my iPhone 4 has deleted all of my texts. It happened when I tried to delete one message, the screen went black and the apple logo appeared, when it recovered all of my texts had been deleted.

    I haven't synced my phone in a while so it's probably not possible to get recent messages back, but if anyone can tell me how to get all or some of them that would be great.

    if you restore to your last backup you should get all the messages up until that backup back.

    note though you'll lose anything you added to your phone since then.
