I have a new tool for my computer mount cutter it allows me to use a pen or pencil to add decorations to mounts when cutting the really cool thing is i can use it to put signatures etc onto mounts for photographers

ya means i can supply mounts with signatures already on them or say mounts for school photos with name of school and date on them ready to frame

Does it cut all the way through the mount or does it cut to a depth?

well the mount cutter can cut at various depths

the penhead obviously just holds some kind of writing implement
