    hey,were mainly looking for rhythm as the style of music doesnt necessarily have any virtuoso on guitar!

    although it would be nice to throw in if need be....

    Hey,were looking for a rhythm guitarist or 2,to complete our lineup.

    we are a newly formed dublin alternative rock band,we are all aged in and around our 20's...

    we rehearse in temple lane twice a week....

    were looking for an enthusiastic,open minded,friendly person...

    quite a big band...

    we have 2 violinists
    a bassist
    drummer
    male
    and female singer.....

    if you have any interest give us a shout and we can talk more!

    our influences include,arcade fire,fleet foxes......etc

    were going for a unique signature sound...but for all the right reasons...

    hey guys,we have no stuff online,were literally just starting off,just started rehearsing about 2 weeks back,were looking possibly to start off doing covers rehearsing,then when were all settled musically,we write our own stuff,were open to start original stuff straight away if need be,but we just started doing some covers as a foundation point...and somewere to start in rehearsing

    i guess im just picky about the music i want to play/listen too,the guitar wouldnt be the prominent sounding instrument in the song,its there,you can definitely hear it,its not-overly loud,but its playing a nice/catchy rhythm...

    I have been WAITING for an ad like this to show up!

    I'm 19 years old, I play rhythm guitar and I am very interested in joining your band.

    I have all my own equipment as well (amp lead etc) and transport is not a problem for me.

    EDIT: I also play keyboard really well, have a few songs written on that. Also won competitions for stuff I've written on harmonica as well, if that's any use. :)

    The merging is done by date so the older thread's title will take precedence. I have changed the title to the newer one to fix that though.
