No. Taking 3 pills at once is ridiculously careless. She should consult the documentation that comes with them to find out if she needs to go take a trip to the doctor. The pill effectively contains hormones, so she's given herself a triple-dose of these hormones in a single sitting. It might not have any side-effects, or it might.

The fact that she missed her pill two days in a row (Monday and Tuesday), puts you at risk of pregnancy. The purpose of the pill is to prevent ovulation, so if she went without for 48 hours, then she could very realistically have ovulated within those 48 hours. And you had unprotected sex. So the risk is quite high.
Nobody can tell you if you are or are not OK, all you can do is wait and see. If you're really concerned, then she should go see a doctor for the morning-after pill, today. It's only effective for 48 hours, so if she's going to get it, she needs to get it today.

You wont be given any medical advice here, but I will say this:

Unless your gf was specifically instructed by the information booklet with her pill to take 3 at one time, she should go and see her doctor. Also, if she's taking pills without knowing what the consequences are (ie. not having read the booklet) she needs to reconsider relying on the pill.

I'd advise desisting from sex altogether until you learn the basics.

I totally agree but i think the GP's who hand out the pills are also responsible. I remember getting contraception when i was late teens and early 20's and i cringe now at the thought of it, i had no idea how it worked or what to do in certain situations (It was the contraceptive patch which is almost identical to the pill). The GP just wrote me the prescription and off i went.

OP i'm sure 3 pills together is definitely not recommended and it doesnt work that way im afraid.

she would have only missed the one on monday if when she vomited it came back up as she took yesterdays at the correct time and im aware of the fact taken 3 is careless but the info book was thrown out by mistake,i didnt advise it but i think she paniced and she is on the way to the doc today anyway, hopefully we are ok,anyone had any similar experiences?

Yes, she needs to get to the doctor today to get the morning after pill. She is not protected.

No similar experiences . The GP may prescribe the morning after pill. Im sure it can be taken up to 48+ hours after intercourse. Although would that be dangerous after 3 pills? Quite a mix of pills/hormones there...

Glad she is going to the doctor, she'll be fine...

She needs to go to the doctor to make sure she'll be ok after taking a triple dose of hormones, not to get the MAP. The doctor will advise her on the best course of action from here!

Make sure she actually mentions taking 3 of the pill in one guy, in case there can be some side-effect from the MAP and that combined.

I know you mean well with this comment but it is straying into specifics which we cannot do. The girl's gp will tell her if she is fine.
