Maintenance Order

    Hi all, am on Lone Parent Allowance for the time being, and my Cwo has said I need to apply for a maintenance order.

    I did not have an address for my daughters Father until today, and when I went down to the court to ask about information I would need for applying, they were most rude, snapped at me and said they wouldnt talk to me without an address.

    What would I need to apply for one? I have the fathers last known address now, but he is not on the birth certificate as we are not married and he did not give his consent. Will this affect my application? What other information do I need?

    I need to apply for this this week or the beginning of next week, so advice is much appreciated!
