Question regarding signing on in new place

I'm living in Galway atm and looking into applying for JSA. I was on it once before but that was back home. My question is can I just go into the Galway office and apply or do I have to request to be e transferred up to Galway?

You apply to the local office where you are living. They'll be able to request your previous documentation from the other office.
