My eyes are too far apart

Probably not a thread title you would come across too often. Anyway this is an issue for me up and down until it goes away but then comes back again. Anyway only about 3 people in my lifetime (22 years) have commented that my eyes are very 'far apart' Yes they are but I happen to think I am good looking for a guy, and alot of people have told me and I find it easy enough to hook up with partners. Anyway if you google an image of the rapper Drake then you will notice that he has wide set eyes, well my eyes are similar to his although I don't resemble him in other ways. Anyway I feel odd looking like an alien, wide set eyes look good on women like Kate Moss and Lily Cole but not men, that is my opinion and I feel inbred and unattractive at the moment, because I don't see many guys around me with them! I have also seen alot of comments where people have made a laught out of people wit wide set eyes on youtube videos and forums and where Drake is called ugly on some of his music video's. I reckon I look like I have fetal alcohol syndrome, please can someone offer me advice?

Stop thinking about it would be the first thing that I'd say. Don't let it dwell on your mind.

Everyone has things about their bodies that they don't like. Little faults and things that range from making them feel a little unusual to feeling like some sort of genetic experiment gone terrifyingly awry. This is normal but best worked past and not given much heed.

    For example, in your case

    shows it's not something major.

You're viewed as attractive by others so you're obviously not some sort of freak.

Not to be blunt, but youtube and anonymous forums are chock full of grade A idiots. People will say an awful lot of rubbish when they feel like they can't be blamed directly. I would pay absolutely no heed to these 'people'.

You've let something small worm its way into your mind. It sounds like a really big deal to you but it's probably not even noticeable to many others. Just another feature in a mix of tall/small, light/dark, etc. etc.

Just to put yr mind at ease here - no one has wide set eyes- it's all an illusion and is most likely created (as in the case of Drake and most likely yrself) by a slightly large and flat bridge to the nose.
It's an attractive feature to have, especially in males, so don't think on it - what's happening is that you have become self conscious about it and people are feeding off that and nothing more.

Try it for a day - put yr chin up and be confident and you'll see that it has nothing to do with your features.

    Ps Drake is hawt!

Everyone has something about their features they don't like (even supermodels). The fact that you are considered good looking by others means you have an advantage that perhaps many others don't. Maybe, it is the positioning of your eyes that enhance your good looks?

Try not to get hung up or focussed on what you see as an imperfection. Others obviously don't see it as such if you can score easily with partners...I'm sure many readers here are already envious of you on that front!
