Help!! transfer itunes play counts

Hi, recently got a new machine and i'm wondering how i'd go about transfering my play counts across. i have all my old music files plus the actual itunes folder with libraries and resources. i also have files from my actual ipod before it was synced to the new machine including play counts i have no idea how to do it and i would be very grateful for any help

If you try meta-iPod, it's a freeware app that generally tries to clean up mismatches like that. It's not bad, a little buggy and can crash occassionally, but generally gets the job done.

Do you just means play counts?
