Hi. I'm from Donegal.
I was doing a PLC in Dublin but by the time April came around it was no longer possible for me to continue the course due to Financial constraints. I was receiving a grant but it just wasn't enough. I sent a letter to the college and told them i was leaving and that was that, they said thats fine and refunded me some of my Fees.

But I'm worried now as I'm planning on going onto a Level 8 or 7 course this September and Cant find any reassurance that my applying for a Grant this year will be not hindered.

It says I'm not eligible if I fail my end of year exams but I didn't fail my exams, I just didn't sit them, but theres no provision or explanation for that!

Someone please help?!
