Rather than post about these in a Shuttle thread were they may get lost or unread i'm starting a new thread. These pics imho deserve it.

Taken whilst Endeavour was docked to the ISS,these pics show the completed ISS (inc AMS) and are frankly amazing.

    Album is here:http://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/station/multimedia/e27depart.html

They were taken from the departing Soyuz shortly after undocking.

So historic Beeker and as Trek said STUNNING.
Paolo had joked that he had not taken the lense off the camera when the Soyuz Crew reminded him to stop being awestruck and start taking the pics, and later MCC Moscow screaming at him not to forget the cards!
i am very happy that he was only joking, glad that i deleted my silly post!
You often say Happy Happy Beeker,You must be ecstatic to finally get to see this after following all 134 of them!

Photo was taken from a Russian Soyuz spacecraft that had just undocked for the station and was heading back to Earth with a crew of 3 on board.:)

Paolo Nespoli the ESA Astronaut who took the historic Pictures and video gives a short account of the dangers the three Soyuz Crewmembers were willing to take to get them, his love of photograpy, the joy of seeing his family again and a little bit of Philosophy thrown in.
it really is a terrific read.
