Ok so you've won the provincial heats and you're through to the All-Ireland final of "Farter of The Year".....what diet would you recommend for the few days leading up to the final to clinch the title.

Marks awarded for a clean winded 'parp' aswell as distinct odour!

I'd say Bacon n' cabbage and a feed of Guinness, anyone got any other suggestions?

Hmm, consider myself quite the farter, so:

A lot of smithwicks or guinness is always a good starting point,

Onions are a brilliant catalyst for me, also beans, general greasy food i.e a fry up, taco fries, minced beef fajitas,

Tesco Value Pork pies, washed down with guinness ( because they taste like ass) with a side order of kidney beans.

Moving this thread would be a dis-service to the cuckoos nest / nutrition and diet / the thunderdome... hell even the recycle bin.
