Do the shipwreck sailing trip - a great photo opportunity!

:D Oh so jealous, my OH and I went on holidays there a few years ago and loved it! Tsilivi is lovely, you can have a nice quiet holiday but if you want pubs and nightlife it's right there as well without the tackiness of Laganas. I definitely recommend the boat trip to the Shipwreck and Blue Caves from Zakynthos, it's amazing! The waterpark isn't the worst but wouldn't be quite as nice as those in Portugal say... Foodwise, I don't think we had a bad meal in our whole time there, it was all lovely, the people are so friendly and overall it's a really nice place to have a holiday - enjoy!!

Levante Speedboat trip, leaves Tsilivi beach each morning, returning at lunchtime (when they taking bookings for the following day).

Take a trip into Zakynthos Town, and take a hike walk up to Bochali. It's got gorgeous views over the harbour and port area.

The area of Vassilikos has some beautiful beaches if you fancy something other than Tsilivi beach.

Bars: lots of choice, but one in particular we enjoyed was Utopia, on the main road. Kaliva, at the Planos end of the resort, near the Alexandra Hotel is also nice. We also enjoyed Traffic Bar at the opposite end of the resort.

Restaurants: again, lots of choice to be had. A couple we enjoyed were Moby Dick's, on a side road near Zante Maris hotel, lovely for lunch, their prawn salad and Greek salads were gorgeous. Romio's was lovely in the night time for dinner. Stamnes was also lovely too, which is near Kalivia Bar. Manos Grill was recommended to us, but was always full whenever we tried to get a table there. Valentino's is also supposed to be lovely - a bit of a trek, depending on where you are staying, it's at the very end of the resort on the road to Zakynthos Town.

Check out www.justzante.co.uk - lots of info on that site.
