how many g1s are tere??

    hi how many g1s are tere from the 80s??
    im not talking about re-issues just the original g1 transformers??

    i think teres about 120 , less or more im not sure?

    any help would be great, cheers

    ya toys!! id love to know as i have a good few g1s and would be interested in collecting as many as i can, but it just seems tere endless!!! :-(

    If you include the micromasters is it not close to 300?

    i dont know if i would get the micromasters , in the early 80s i remember getting all the main ones and i still have photos of me over a period of years on xmas day with all my g1s buy my side, i still got some of my g1s and the boxes but they are opened of couse!! still nice to have the box:-)

    i think i will stick to all the 84-87 autobots, descepticons, headmasters and minibots , the found memorys of 84 to 87 for me anyway were the best years of the g1s!! this also means i dont have to collect all the g1s now, you would be collecting forever but fair play to anyone who embarks on that mission!!

    Yeah the Micromasters were never in the (english) cartoons so they'd probably count as Japanese extended continuity.

    hi i just had a look and i think i need 48 to 50 g1s to complete my 84 to 87 transformers collection, that will be hard on the pocket :-(

    i reckon teres about 100 to 120 g1s from 84 to 87
