I've no idea what this is, I've googled it and found nothing. Is it a critical Windows System file that I should have? It keeps appearing after windows loads and the desktop appears. It appeared as early as 1 month ago but I've no clue as to why it started showing up. Any ideas?

    Cheers

If you can boot up into Windows no bother then I wouldn't think of it as being too critical. Probably some software that is trying to run when you start the computer is damaged and causing the error.

Systematically you can use the MSCONFIG pgoram to disable programs that run on startup and see if they cause the error message to appear.

You can follow the guide below to help you out. Start by disabling all startup programs and restarting to see if the error message appears. If it doesn't then re-enable half of them and restart to see if any of them cause the error message. Continue until you find the program that's causing the problem, and try and either reinstall or uninstall it completely. :)

How to use MSCONFIG in Windows Vista

    Hi,

The DLL in question does not appear to be part of the MS operating system.

It is most likely part of a 3rd party application.

You could do a search in the registry if you wish to see what key it is point to, from that you could work out if it is something you require or if it is malware related.

    :)
