Hi guys need a bit of help here.

My master's is in biotechnology but my research project for the summer is a genomics study so i'm working a good bit with MS DOS commands with the program PLINK (http://pngu.mgh.harvard.edu/~purcell/plink/) I am also trying top run it through the Linux enviroment program cygwin (but have had a few issues with that). Basically my question is..I've only just started using PLINK and have run through the tutorial for it (http://pngu.mgh.harvard.edu/~purcell/plink/tutorial.shtml) without any major complications, however i'm trying to put the commands in this tutorial as a batch file so i won't have to enter each one individually as later on as i start working with actual data it will be too time consuming to do this.

Can anyone help me in making a batch file or direct me to somewhere which will show me how to do this?

    cheers
