I've been browsing around dabs/komplett/misco (tips on other places to buy also appreciated) for good bargains but nothing has stood out yet. Price would preferably be around the 500 or less mark.

The machine will be primarily be used for drawing packages. 3D drawing etc. So it needs to have somewhat good graphics card. (not gaming standards, but better than the integrated chipsets that come with most cheap machines these days).

That's about all that's required. The rest is the usual, a few gig of ram and a somewhat decent processor. Enough that the machine can handle the workload.

Ideas?
