Anyone seen this? I registered but didn't get an email with login details, website seems pretty vague.

Great idea and looks like could be fun, anyone know anything more about it?

Very bad timing. Same weekend as the Irish Open.

Seem to be very little details on the website, did I miss something? Thought the Carton event was on over 3 days, am I right?

A few friends have entered something called the My Golf Majors, is that the same thing? Think the Old Head is one of the days for this though so maybe not, like my golf game at the moment I'm a bit clueless on this one!!

Looks good to me, has anyone else entered I was thinking of paying up and putting my name in for the laugh, its good value even for just the two rounds?

This sounds cool, but has anyone looked into how legit it is? there doesn't seem to be any contact details at all on the site.

I got call from the guy running it after I entered my email address wrong, when you paybit displays organizers name and number plus it's paypal so pretty safe.

I presume as they are aiming big with the competition that it will be off the blues!!! The course looks like a monster off those .
Might give it a go myself.... the missus is away diving that weekend so in the words of John Inman...... I'm Free!!

You do realise this is an amateur event and the Irish open is professional.

Am really considering giving this a go.
But as its stableford there is a load of handicap nursers out there like the rumoured group of lads who went out 8 shots over 4 years to play in the jp mcmanus thing. Even if not in the running the price does seem good for 3(hopefully) days of golf

still even the nursers will have to throw out good golf three days in a row to win. much tougher then doin it for one day, i think over the three days the "best" golfer "will" win. sure even to make the cut would be a great achievement. thats what i'm thinkin anyway......:)
