It would have been on TV in the early to mid 90's. It was a cartoon about a penguin that I think was in French. Back in the day when I was more concerned about the moving colours than actually listening to it anyway. :pac: I vaguelly remember a "B". Bodelly?Bombley? I know that's not much to go on but hopefully someone…
