    Lovely. I defrost overnight in the kitchen and roast for 1.5 hours in a medium oven.

    Haven't tried it, but their frozen goose is excellent, so I'd definitely give it a go.

    I did - bought it on impulse. defrosted it, pricked the skin all over, poached it for an hour to render out fat and then basted it and roasted it long and low. It was lovely and the giblets made great gravy.

    Those ducks are great value, and grown in France.
    The French do duckkeeping well as a nation that values Confit de Canard should!
    Mind you Silverhill are good as well.
