    Tried to view a brochure online and have been told I need to download Adobe Flash player. I thought I already had it. Went to download it and cant. Keep trying but nothing happens. Any clues anybody

    Try a different browser to the one you're currently using

    What browser are you using? IE needs the ActiveX version, whereas the likes of Firefox need the plugin-based version, and Chrome looks after its own Flash install. Installing/fixing the install for each of them is a different process.

    Thanks to everybody for their help. Just managed to download now. Had ActiveX filter on and didnt realise it.
