longer cables for sky+ box

    I want to move my ky+ box to different location in same room. Can I join more cables onto the existing 2 cables that go into the box to make them longer. I can't see any female to male csbles anywhere

    Sorry to disagree but Standard coax cable (whatever that is) aint gonna cut it. You need at least RG6 cable (TX100 or PF100 is better but slighly more expensive) You need 4 four F connectors (these are the screw type connectors you already have on your existing cable) and two F double female couplers.

    You might check out a B and Q if theres one near to you.
