What will all the beautiful weather we've had recently I've just realised that the air conditioning on my 08 Mondeo isn't working, a mate said it probably just needs to be regassed, does anyone know what a garage would charge for this? I know you can buy DIY kits but heard they're not great!

Also (i know ye'll laugh at me for not spotting it) but I only bought it from a garage 3-4 weeks ago, it's not listed as a warranty item, but not, not listed, do ya reckon they'd fix for free with a bit of sweet talk?

    cheers

€60 - €100. But a 2008 car shouldn't need a recharge to the extent it stops it working. A proper garage will diagnose it for you. Heard good reports... http://vagdrivers.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=62786&pid=617798&mode=threaded&start=
