As there are no Catholic mods for the Christianity Forum, and New Forum Requests are closed untill Nov 2011, Can we apply for a Catholic Mod for the Christianity Forum ?

I tried to follow the mods instructions about a forum request.

It appears the forum request section is out of bounds to me as well.

Tried that, I'm blocked as well.

What about a Catholic mod in the meantime ?

I'm surprised that there isn't a RC moderator.
By and large I think the mods here do a reasonable job but I would like to a RC moderator appointed.

I'm referring to your multiple attempts to get a catholic mod or a catholic forum - it's commendable.

I'm not sure why it's not permitted, I can't see it doing any harm

Why is it commendable ? I would have thought it normal ?
What denomination are you yourself ?

I suppose the only people who can answer this are the people who manage this section of the Board.

Is there a ban on moderators being RC's? I certainly hope that this isn't the case.

I don't think there is, but it does seem a bit strange there is none, seeing as about 90% of Christians in Ireland are Catholic

I too have failed in my attempt to get a Catholic Sub-Forum. There should at least be one Mod for all Christian faiths!

So where can people apply to be a Mod, or are they selected ?

Next person to start one of these threads gets rewarded with a ban.
