Personal Retirement Bond

I have a Personal Retirement Bond which has sat idle for the last 5.5 years. Is there any way in which I can liquidise it, to use the money for other pressing matters (unpaid bills)? I am fully prepared to pay any tax due on the amount, I am in my mid thirties. Thanks.

No unless you are sick or a profrssional footballer ofr jockey or something like that. The PRB will mirror the retirement date of your pension scheme.
