Anyone please help me, im not great with solving these problems. I find that when i try boot up my pc, it takes ages. I can see in task manager that there is 65 programs running on start up, im sure this is the problem but i haven't a clue what should or should not be running. If anyone can help, i'll send a list of all thats running & maybe you could advise.
    Any help would be great.

Go to start-run-type in msconfig-hit return-look under the start up tag,you can disable startup items here.(please tread very carefully).Other than that CCleaner has a similar thing in the tools menu, safer too.

http://www.soluto.com/ is a nice program that will help you see what is set to boot up and make recommendations about what you can disable. Pretty easy to use too if a bit different.
