    Hi there,

Need to book a flight to oz in the next few days but dont have my new bank account set up yet so dont have a visa/mastercard. Apart from asking someone else to do it for me is there any other means?

I see o2 now have a topup card for online buying etc but you have to wait a week and can only top it up in small amount. Ineed something instant that i can put 1000euro on! Fwiw the flight is to oz with quantas!

Edit to say it probably has to be some sort of mastercard or visa!

It's going to be next to impossible to get anything that fast, especially for €1000. I'd say you're going to gave to wait until your credit card comes through.

Looks like he could be right but ill ring them in the morning to be sure

I was thinking about those, but I don't think you can put €1000 on it. You should ring them first.

FYI, if you use a prepay mastercard when booking flights with Ryanair you avoid the 10 euro per person booking fee.

You can always go into a travel agent and book the flights and pay cash, you won't get your flight as cheaply as online though, however for a flight to Oz it won't be cheap to begin with!

It's irrelevant to this topic though, and just adds clutter.
