lower calf - sharp pain

Hi guys, Just would like to know if any of you have suffer from this before? its on the lower part of the calf inside of the legs more where the muscle meets the bone, if you have and you could tell me what you found helped it would be great, i've been to physio's and all that but nothing will help so i'm jsut putting out…
