Anyone seen this? I saw it on TV3 this morning.

It's about a guy having a great day and it's excellent. Gave me a laugh anyway.

If it's up on Youtube (I can't find it) link to it here for me.

I think its an english or australian ad adapted to have the IE logo.

You can imagine this with the "You've been framed" theme tune playing... I must be disturbed.

Is he supposed to know that small child he randomly embraces on the street? Disturbing...

Yes, that's the one. Funny stuff. :D I agree it's very european. Not made for Irish audiences. We're just going to laugh at its naffness.

It is totally wrong. Traffic is on the wrong side of the road and they show continental signage. Lazy Irish Rail.

Moved to C&T with expiring redirect.

The European logo probably suggest its origins.

Do we even HAVE automatic single sided half barriers anymore?

Yes, there are still a few knocking around.

    Yes we do, not many

Its Belgium, Brussels Metro and a SNCB train doing the damage

Metro North won't be happening - where have you been for the last three years?

I burst out laughing. Am I a bad person?

Metro South is well on its way. The "cut & cover" has already surpassed Moran Park. :p

    It's from http://www.ilcad.org/

By UIC (International Union of Railways)

and it's definitely not a Spanish ad, they wouldn't make something so naff!

The train and everything else looks Belgian, which would explain the production values of the advert too!

    Nope nearly everyone does.

The Irish transport agencies are gettin pretty lazy with their ad campaigns, the RSA texting and driving campaign was lifted from a Welsh police campaign and now this advert which doesn't even inform properly on what to look out for.

    This too shall pass.
