    Hi all,

I live in the City Centre and quite often happen upon disgarded needles.
They're really dangerous unless disposed off correctly.

Is there a council number you can call to report such hazardous waste?

    Cheers

That's the Dublin BID office number, report it to them. Unlike DCC, they claim they'll have a team out within the hour. They might sometimes run a little late, but they're far more reliable than DCC.
I run a business in the city centre, is how I know. There's a rehab day centre on the street, and they're quite good at coming down when I ring them when there's issues.

    Oh, they're open 9-6, 7 days afaik.

Great, thanks for that number. I'll give them a shout next time I nearly stand on a prick.
